A collection of 17 critical essays on the works of Jean Marc Dalpé, a three-time recipient of the Governor General's Award for excellence in literature. Dalpé is prominent Franco-Ontarian poet, actor, playwright, novelist and screenwriter. This book is based on papers presented a the international colloquium on Jean Marc Dalpé hosted by the University of Guelph in September 2004.
Stéphanie Nutting is an Associate Professor in the School of Languages and Literatures where she has been teaching Québecois and French-Canadian literature and drama since 1996. She is also the author of a monograph on tragedy, Le tragique dans le theatre quebecois et canadien-franacais, 1950-1989.
